The run tonight was… not so great. 5.62 km in 36 minutes, averaging the pace closer to 6:30/min. On the other hand, it was my first attempt to run that long (that is, 5+ km) since October (when, coincidentally, the pace was about the same) and there was hot out there (well above 20°C even that late in the evening).
Also, I think I have found my natural cadence too. It’s between 165 and 170 steps per minute. But, alas, I might have gotten a blister to both feet too.
@matigo That too. I checked the work chat in case there would be some important things discussed. Apparently the ”hottest” topic was that Apple made an internal update to MacBook Pros. You can guess where the discussion went. I have personally checked many times and no, Apple’s hardware is not more expensive than that from any other manufacturer with equivalent specs. It’s a totally different matter if you dislike the hardware choices (port selection, keyboard, etc.) Apple has made.
Sigh… When people get their heads out of their asses and stop using old and factually incorrect claims.
@matigo Coolio. To me every day appears the same while I’m on vacation. That can be both good and bad. I don’t have to worry about doing certain things on specific days, I can do them whenever I want. On the other hand, if I have things I must do on a certain day I can miss them if I’m not paying enough attention.
@tewha @larand Thanks. Writing is a lot easier on an asynchronous medium than speaking that is inherently synchronous. One can always check and re-check spelling and grammar when writing. I do that a lot. Maybe because I want to give an impression that I know this shit. ?
Regarding my spoken English: it’s ok. I can deliver my intent fairly easily and in such a way that the other person will understand it completely. If I would talk English every day it would be even better. Nowadays I have no need to speak English on daily basis, unfortunately.

It was a part of the deal. Should there be any existing or new minor problems soon after the deal was closed the dealer will repair those for free as a part of the deal.
@larand I am not that familiar with the car vocabulary in Finnish to start with, so… ? But now I know and can be fluent car expert also in English!
