When I chose a new phone 2 years ago, I went with the non-plus 6s. First I found it a bit too big (I had a 5 before that), though not as huge as the Nexus 5 I was using as my work phone, but I grew to like its size. I really liked it when Apple released the SE because that was the size I knew I, as well as many others, liked. I do hope they will keep such a phone in their line-up.

Also, that reminded me, remember how tech media was writing doom and gloom for Apple back in 2011–2012 because they wanted Apple to make bigger phones simply because everyone wants one? ?

Same here. I am not working at the client premises, instead I am at our own office. I have planned to try out a new technical solution for a certain thing during these few days before the new year.

Well, today (as well as tomorrow and the day after tomorrow) are regular work days here, people just tend to spend vacation days to have a bit longer break from work.

Yep, the Fitbit bracelets are not great (I am wearing one now). They are way too sensitive even when the sensitivity setting is at the minimum. For example, my bracelet counts washing dishes as walking.

Yep. Have to save the vacation days to spring and summer. Also, we need to do a project handover during these three days.

Back at work.

Got the last thing on our Yule todo list done: watched Hans Gruber fall from Nakatomi Tower tonight.

Ho hum… They wanted me to prepare a production release today, but when finalizing one missing feature the backend returns invalid response. Well, in that case the end user needs to log in again, but as the purpose of the feature was to refresh user access to the backend without logging in again that kind of defeats its purpose. But, in the end, that's not my problem, and I was able to push the new version of the app out. Now I can head out to spend a 4-day holiday.

Oh, those people. Again… ?
