Hmm… Should I add this to my 10Centruries app? ?

Yeah, such heavy snowfall can do that even relatively close to the major cities. But the networks are built to handle things like this.

Interestingly, though, the roads were not frozen close to our home simply because we are so close to the sea. But maybe 1, 1.5 km inland at the mall the roads were really, really slippery.

I haven't checked the forecast, but I would guess so. This morning, after the night with freezing temperatures, all that slush was frozen and the sidewalks were really, really slippery.

@kdfrawg Luckily I was heading home and did get them dried during the evening. But it wasn't nice, I admit that.

Lovely. It snowed the whole day. But because the temperature was just above freezing, all that lovely white matter turned into slush. I don’t mind slush unless there’s over 10 cm of it like tonight. Guess whose shoes didn’t like that?

Youngster… ?

I think this was the second time I have been to a ballet. The first time was The Swan Lake in Moscow. That's pretty hard one to beat as an experience.

Cool! It was pretty nice. And while I am not the biggest fan of ballet, I do appreciate the art.

It was. The girls liked it. And while I am not a big fan of ballet, I do appreciate the art.

Yesterday evening I took the girls to see The Nutcracker and the Mouse King ballet. We sat in the back and high, but we were able to see everything just well.
So damn high…

Actually, the tickets were sponsored by the company I work for. The company started employee-run activities called Clubs that have an annual budget that can be used for things like this. One of the clubs is for employees who have kids and the purpose of the club is to have fun together with the kids to get them familiar with each other.
