@indigo Well, there is an industrial complex right from the frame of that photo. But apart from that it is very nice. On the left you can see frozen sea, and behind the industrial complex there is a nice bird spotting lake/pond.
@jmreekes I'm not fully satisfied with it, but it's nice. If I had had more time to take it, it could have been even better.
@matigo It is, though it isn't even close to what it could be. Add some snow (hopefully today) and it will be awesome.

I was downstairs installing a curtain when noticed that the sun was setting and the resulting view with clear sky was damn nice. My phone was upstairs, so I had to run there and haste to take the photo. Few minutes later the sun was already below the horizon.
@matigo The rest of Finland is not sharing their massive amounts of snow with us on the Southern coast, it's about time we get some. But I believe those people in Kainuu would love to send some of theirs to you. They have plenty.

We didn't survive the second-week-of-school-or-daycare-after-holidays stomach flu curse. The 5-yo started vomiting early this morning. Oh joy…
I'm staying home today and am not working, I wouldn't be able to focus on work issues when I need to monitor the well-being of the kid all the time, clean up the messes, and do a ton of laundry. Maybe I can spend a few minutes to do a minor rework on my website I have been planning to do for months.
