@kdfrawg We had. Posted that when we were back home. ?

Now I have visited Porvoo, one of the most beautiful towns of Finland (at least in summer). It's just a 1-hour drive away, but because we don't have a car, we have never been able to visit the town. Now we rented a car for the weekend (because I will fetch the girls from a scout camp tomorrow morning) and we had no other plans, so why the heck. It was worth going.
Just look at this view to the old town…

That's… yet another reason. Not as related as the one I was thinking about.

True that. Which is one of the reasons why I personally dislike Android. There's another, related issue with Android (which, in my opinion, is more important issue), but I will keep that secret until I finally have time to sit down and write down that blog post.

Oh. An app I have worked on has been pulled off from the App Store. No, no drama behind that, it was meant to be a pilot in the first place.

Indeed. The Android "experience" can be great at best but normally it's quite poor. The reason why that is so is mostly the OEMs adding horrible things on top of the OS but Google has made its own faults in the basic design of the OS too.

Indeed. It was "interesting" to actually see that pollen in the air earlier yesterday. It looked like mist, or fog.

That's not oil. It's pollen from pine trees.

Took that photo yesterday after the rain had washed down the pollen from the air and the trees. Didn't have time to post it until now.

I hadn't run for 3 weeks because "reasons" so I thought I should take it a bit easier this time. Also, I wasn't feeling really great (nothing serious, just some weird shit going on in my digestive system, pun intended). That made the average pace to be above my current target (6 min/km), but I was happy to see that I was able to keep the step frequency high at 170 steps/min again. I might need to focus on that this summer so that such a high step frequency comes naturally.

You can keep all the rain, we don't need it.
