@matigo Now when I opened my podcast player, I had 3 episodes and total 46 minutes to listen to. 2 of those episodes are from your DDM show, so my shows are not that long in the first place.

@matigo I didn't listen to any podcasts for a couple of weeks but luckily that didn't explode my queue. I subscribe to only a handful of podcasts nowadays and they usually produce max 2 hours to listen to. There can even be days when there are no episodes.
Lovely. The PO wants a new feature to perform in a certain way. There's no problem with the approach he suggested per se, it would be pretty nice user experience wise. However, what he failed to understand is that the approach, while being possible on Android (because you can do anything on Android1), is not necessarily feasible on iOS. Now the whole feature architecture needs to be rethought again.
Which is a blessing and a curse at the same time. Unfortunately often the app developers take advantage of this to the extreme, which is the reason why I hate Android so much.
Surprise surprise, after few sips of coffee the headache is starting to go away. Goodie goodie.
