Yesterday's presentation went pretty well in my opinion. The people found my points sound and thought that they should be taken into use. Obviously, it's a different thing if they really are taken into use. Let's see.

In one of the projects I am indeed the lead, so we will start using the process I suggested. In the other project, well, I need to convince 4 reluctant people to get aboard, so that will be a hard battle.

@matigo Heh. I chatted with @tomas about the Scandinavian weirdness just a moment ago. That made me read the word "gift" in Swedish (pronounced with a soft 'g'), in which it means "poison". ?

Created a pretty solid "Running successful software projects" slide set to be presented this evening. It has a lot of things that are currently lacking in the project(s) I work on. Let's see if the presentation will bring any changes.
