Phew. The major architectural rewrite I finished last Friday seems to work just perfectly. This is good, no, great news. Now I can focus on other things too.
@tomas In the greater Helsinki region, Espoo more specifically. It’s a separate city/town just next to Helsinki. I find it funny that I live closer (~15 km) to the Helsinki center than some people inside Helsinki itself.

The users of the app keep on having some weird problems with the connection between the app and the barcode reader (which is communicated with over Bluetooth). I have tweaked and tweaked the connectivity management over and over again to make it work, but they end up having just a different problem with it. I will now disassemble the whole thing and try to find a solution that would work.
