Reworking some parts of the application architecture just because Android is shit. #regulardayatwork
@matigo How did you guess it right? Are you reading my mind? ?
// @streakmachine
@streakmachine I drank just one, let's see if I will take another one soon-ish.
Started drinking beer already at 1 pm. It has been that kind of a day. Or week, to be more precise.
@gtwilson Things have certainly changed a lot since. But there are still some parts that are not well done.
@gtwilson As an Android developer (that is what I've been doing for the past 3 years now), I find the whole Android system nothing but shit. The Tech Douchebags⢠like to bash iOS for its flaws and bugs but I claim that Android has at least as many problems. Also, you can do the same thing in multiple ways, each of which have their own issues. I find that frustrating.
Job well done, Scamsung. The A5, which I use as a test device, has been losing its connection to the SIM card that has been inside the device all the time while I have been actively using the device. It just locked the phone and claimed that "can't find the SIM card". I have been able to recover from this situation by entering the PIN code and opening the phone again, but yesterday evening the phone started rejecting the valid PIN code and locked the SIM card.
And then there are people who wonder why I hate Android devices.
