I don't know what I am supposed to weigh, but my weight target is still another 10–15 kg away. I used to be very lean in 2002 (I weighed around or even below 70 kg at one point) when I was in pretty ok shape. My ultimate target is to be in great shape, which helps me to lose weight as a by-product. This time I want to have some muscles too (15 years ago I didn't have any), which means that my weight can't be that low.

I have a joke with my wife that the acronym HP comes Finnish words Helvetin Paska, which roughly translates to fucking piece of shit. ?

@kdfrawg Intent. I started regular exercising a year ago with the idea of getting healthier. This weight loss is just a by-product of that activity.
