Sigh… Google Play Store is one big pile of steaming, well, you know. I think I need to rant about it with not just one but two blog posts.1 I just wonder when I would have time to write those down.
From the users’ and developers’ perspective.
@matigo Indeed. Especially when the location of that workshop is not that easily accessible in the first place.
Actually, the thing they were missing was the list of items for the delivery where that new windshield is. They cannot map which glass belongs to which car model, thus they cannot install anything until that list is found.
The new car saga continues. I think I mentioned that it had a crack in the windshield when it was delivered to us on March 1. I then booked a time to get it changed (because safety and the car being leased), and they had to order the new windshield from the central European warehouse, pushing the actual booking further.
Well, today it was supposed to be changed. Except that they did not have one other part available (because reasons). Now I am on my way back to get the car and to book another timeslot for the actual change.
When I saw this, I thought of the discussions on the overuse of the term AI with @matigo and @streakmachine. And yes, we are not alone with our thinking.
@matigo Indeed. Let’s see how we will relax this weekend. Maybe watch some movies, maybe go to the swimming hall, don’t know yet.
@whoisashygirl Yes. I must take time off to compensate those extra hours. Once this major thing is done, then I will do shorter days for a while.
TGIF… Logged some 5 additional extra work hours this week, simply because we had to prepare for major changes coming next week. Those are now taken care of, next week I just need to stay sharp until Thursday afternoon, then I can relax a bit.
