@matigo Oh, sorry, I meant 24 months. 48 is the maximum. 🤦♂
@matigo Well, that will happen at least 2 years from now as the minimum time for the leasing contract is 48 months. 😊
The new car saga is getting a closure soon. We got the windshield replaced a week ago, the leaking tyre got fixed last Friday, and today they will be installing the new rear bumper. I might need to give the workshop another visit still, as one of the screws of back license plate has snapped and the in-car entertainment system seems to be still registered to the previous owner. Luckily both of those things should be relatively straightforward things to get ”fixed”.
My biggest issue with MS Teams1 is that as an external consultant I get logged out from the app after 24 hours. That is pretty darn irritating, as I need to log in using the 2-factor authentication. And as I am an external, I cannot take device login in use and have to use an authenticator app, which slows things down a bit.
Thanks @matigo and @jextxadore. 😊
@matigo And yes, the main WiFi router is in the kitchen because reasons. If I had a properly working wall socket in the hall, the modem and the main WiFi router would be there.
// @streakmachine
@matigo Not Gremlins, what @streakmachine suggested, but most likely one of the kids who unplugged the extension cord to which it was connected to. They were making a (birthday) cake and they needed to use the mixer, so they had a valid excuse for their action.
Spent some time debugging why our home network was down. I was checking all the different settings and ISP’s known issues. Then, when I was about to contact our ISP, I noticed that the WiFi mesh’s main router was completely turned off. Turned it back on and now everything works as it should. 🤦♂
Sigh… Google Play Store is one big pile of steaming, well, you know. I think I need to rant about it with not just one but two blog posts.1 I just wonder when I would have time to write those down.
