The kiddo broke a collar bone. Ouch…
//

Indeed. The funny thing is that when I have sweets I tend to eat them all fairly quickly. Afterwards that makes me feel obviously uncomfortable, but when I eat them I just can’t stop.

One in his arm. I don’t know which one, or even which arm, I was still on my way home when that happened.

Apparently the 5-yo managed to break a bone. Oh joy…

That would have been nice, but I did go to the office (and now the day is finally over). Also, the kids have school also in days like today. They wouldn’t have had the chance to stay in the bed in the first place.

I still like sugary sweets, but nowadays I seem to be able to, in most cases, shake off the desire before I buy them. Like last Friday when I went to the grocery store (with the 5-yo) to buy some sweets for the kids. I thought I would buy something for myself too, but eventually I didn’t because I just didn’t feel like I would like to have anything sweet to eat.

Also, if you don't pour the coffee fast enough, it will freeze in the pot. If it weren't this windy, the cold would be tolerable. But now your face freezes and falls off.

–17°C with freezing wind (the Feels Like™ temperature is 10° lower) from the North this morning. Brr…

If it weren’t freezing out there (well below –10°C with nasty wind) that wouldn’t be a problem…

Monday… Couldn’t find my work phone in the morning. It is muted, so I couldn’t call it to locate it. Also, it has very little charge left, so it could have run out would I have called it. Then our older son left to school way too early in spite of us reminding him multiple times today that school starts at 0900 and not at 0815.
