Took the younger ones to skate. With this lovely weather it’s actually quite nice.
@matigo Not as badly as one would think. I focused on checking my technique with easier weights. That was still enough to activate certain muscles more than all that sitting I did during the past two weeks. Those muscles are a bit sore now but in a good way.
A 2-week break from the gym (due to a flu and few other things) was not nice. It felt great to get back to the business today. Let’s hope I can keep up from now on.
Sigh… How hard it can be, you know, to just talk internally within the company about a thing instead of dropping it on my table as "a major issue" that needs to be fixed by yesterday. Yes, we have that thing on our backlog but it hasn't been prioritised as we have had other issue to tackle first.
My work is giving me a headache again. Have to explain over and over and over again certain things and still the other people will not understand.
@matigo Nope. All kids are more or less sick, so he must have caught it from the others. Also, there were a lot of sick-sounding kids at the day care on Friday.
