I went to see one of my favorite bands play live in August 2024. They were on their 40th anniversary tour back then, so I obviously felt quite old even though I had ”known” that band for ”only” ~27 years.

Today I am seeing another one of my favorites that is also on their 40th anniversary tour. I find it a bit funny that the vast majority of the audience is well in their 40s and 50s. A bit different age distribution than at a stereotypical rock concert, I would say. But nowadays rock and metal is ”old people’s music”. 😆
