I wanted to go for a run tonight. Because I am alone with the boys, I normally wouldn’t be able to do that. However, I promised to take the boys for a bike ride too. I put on my running gear and ran while they rode their bikes. Problem solved. ?
Of course, it was not that great run, but a pretty decent one considering that company. I could do these more often and use the kiddo as a natural pace controller.
