@matigo Well, they definitely have their fair share of hearing loss, but the stages are often a lot quieter than people expect. And the musicians usually use in-ear monitoring systems that also reduce the ambient noise level quite much (20+ dB) so that they can provide the musician their preferred mix of the music (and click track for keeping the time).
