Yeah… I actually could use that title, just to make our customers uneasy. Or then I could make it "Software Undertaker / Dr. Frankenstein", so they would have at least some hope to get their awful software project live again. :-)

Gah. Awful, awful sentence. Well, that's what you get when you aren't fully awake.

There is a funny IT job title generator tool (unfortunately in Finnish) that, when clicking it several times in row, started to suggest me titles that contained the word "undertaker". I take that as a hint and will start calling myself a Software Undertaker, a developer who gets the rotting software projects and tries to make them pretty before they are put into a coffin and under the ground.

They have. I was as surprised as you are.

Just finished my lunch. :-)

That's what you try to force us to believe, eh! :-P

Ha! I was just about to say that I have nothing against moving to Canadia, but you brought up a really, really good reason why they probably wouldn't like me there. I would have to be fucking sorry, eh, all the time, wouldn't I? :-)

// @kdfrawg

Totally. Not. Even if they offered me a job here in Finland, I probably wouldn't take it.

Yep. That term has such violent associations that no wonder people dislike them.

Indeed. But I think they would request me to move to the dark side, err, to Canada if I were to join them.
