Ha! I was just about to say that I have nothing against moving to Canadia, but you brought up a really, really good reason why they probably wouldn't like me there. I would have to be fucking sorry, eh, all the time, wouldn't I? :-)

// @kdfrawg

Totally. Not. Even if they offered me a job here in Finland, I probably wouldn't take it.

Yep. That term has such violent associations that no wonder people dislike them.

Indeed. But I think they would request me to move to the dark side, err, to Canada if I were to join them.

A headhunter sent me a message via LinkedIn that they would be interested in hiring people like me to their office in Canada.

Yeah, I will crosspost from only one source, and that will be my own site. But on the other hand, I don't think my followers would notice. There are so few of them in the first place… :-)

Most likely pnut.io, 's ADN-like service, ADN (if it doesn't go dark before that), Twatter (shudder'), and very likely LinkedIn (hides under a blanket*).

Cool indeed! I am excited to have it up and running. Now I need to update the app to process the mentions to a form I want. I also need to hook it up with the Blips and blog post link posting routines, then it should be done.

Except that I will add new services for it later, but that's another story. :-)

The social media command-line app/tool I've been working on is almost ready. It can be used to post a new post (like this one) or to fetch my mentions.

@kdfrawg It was mentioned here several times, so with my education degree I should have understood what it was all about… :-)
