Yeah, foley is an interesting form of audio "art". It's so up and front in practically every movie and TV series, yet people don't know much about it.
@kdfrawg If I remember correctly, Anchorage is as far north as Helsinki. But in Alaska there isn't many people living north from that. Finland has a lot of people living a lot norther than Helsinki. No wonder Finns are often gloomy and suicidal. ?
@lukasros Well, those 3 channels didn't have any activity for years, so it's not a huge loss for me. But yeah, being only on 2 channels now feels a bit strange.
@kdfrawg This up in the North the "benefits" of DST are pretty much meaningless because the time when the sun is above the horizon varies so much between summer and winter. There are no logical or economical reasons to have it nowadays.
